Job Description

Rapidly Growing National Franchise Company in Commercial Cleaning Industry, seeking experienced person in Janitorial Operations. Must be strong trainer and have SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. Career opportunity for person with strong work ethic.  The Field Operations/Customer Service Representative is responsible for inspecting client accounts and building client relationships. This is a full-time salaried position. Must be willing to work nights and weekends as necessary. Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance coverage and a well-running respectable vehicle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOLUTIONS

- Conduct monthly inspections of client accounts

- Build customer relations 

- Handle client requests and issues

- Conflict Resolution 

- Franchisee development, support and education

- Attend all initial walk-throughs with new clients and franchisees/subcontractors

- Recommend additional services

- Maintain client accounts with a goal of 99% or greater account retention

- Maintain relationships with all Franchise Owners and Subcontractors

- Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary

- Prompt and detailed entry of client and franchisee information into company CRM

QUALIFICATIONS

- Demonstrate SUPERIOR customer service skills

- Bilingual (fluent in English AND Spanish)

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks

- Conduct Training classes

- Must be willing to work some evenings as needed

- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

- Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience in the janitorial OR Business to Business service industries

- Professional appearance

- Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Coverage

- Basic technology skills including the ability to use laptops, tablets, phones, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, the Internet, websites, email, and texting

- Sales experience preferred
