Position Summary

Provide support for the patients and ensure a safe environment. This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position that includes tasks or duties (i.e. handling HIPPA sensitive information) that the employer in good faith believes could affect the safety, health or reputation of the Agency, participants, the employee performing the task or others.

Requirements

HS diploma or GED and must be at least 21 years of age.

Current C.N.A. certification in the state of Arizona.

Possess valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record, home telephone and reliable transportation.

Series of Hepatitis shots or declination of same.

Certification in first aid and CPR.

Proof of good health by initial Physical examination and negative TB test.

Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling a maximum of 100 pounds as needed.

Have availability of telephone for easy access of Agency contact.

Able to work nights, weekends, partial shifts, holidays and 8/10/12/16 hour shifts.

Ability to type and working knowledge/familiarity with computers and electronic clinical record keeping.

Must be able to obtain and maintain fingerprint clearance and pass a background check.

Qualifications Preferred

Bilingual – English/Spanish.

Experience working in Integrated Healthcare, Behavioral Health or Inpatient Unit.

Advanced knowledge of cultural diversity and sensitivity.
