Job Description
Credentials: Registered Nurse - State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse Permit required. BLS certification within 90 days of hire. Summary: Provides high quality professional nursing services in a variety of settings. Summary of Major Duties: *Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care for nurse visits in the ambulatory care setting per clinic staffing models. *Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care for telephone triage in the ambulatory care setting per clinic staffing models. *Responsible for Medication Refill Management as an agent of the provider using approved nursing protocols. *Ensures safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care of patients.
